Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. For larger or more complex orders, additional time may be required to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
Custom Orders
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
We highly recommend calling us before placing an online order for custom items. Prices for custom builds can fluctuate based on materials, design complexity, and other factors. By discussing your project with one of our experienced team members first, we can provide a more accurate price estimate and ensure you’re fully informed.
If you decide to proceed anyway, that's perfectly fine, just be aware that your total at checkout may differ from the final price.

For any customer-supplied items (such as a Yeti cup, as an example), there is a $5 setup fee per item. If any modifications are needed, such as removing a handle (this is just an example), an additional $5 charge per item will apply.
All custom orders require proof approval before production can begin. We will send you a proof to review, and production will start once we receive your approval. If there are delays in approving the proof, it may affect the overall timeline.
Fees
Rush fees apply to all orders that are needed within 7 working days. The percentage fee is added based on the total cost of your order:
- Next Day – 100%
- Two Days – 75%
- Three Days – 50%
- Four to Six Days – 40%
Please note, all rush orders are subject to department approval. Items must be in stock, and new artwork is subject to approval for rush orders. For clarification or to ensure your order qualifies, please call us before placing your rush order. 727-232-2811
We charge a one-time art fee of $25 for each new logo. This fee includes storing your logo in both color and black & white for future use on any order. Please note, if your logo needs to be recreated or requires additional design work, the fee may be higher based on the estimated design time.
Returns
